That wasn't really a hint, besides, she has been an amazing Senator and I don't see her wanting to give that up any time soon. For Sanders, if and when he wins the presidency, she would make for a great ally to have in the Senate.
I am sure you realize this would be a losing ticket no matter who the Republicans put up. 2 candidates from he same part of the country, both socialists, would get clobbered. Of course the chances of Sanders getting the nomination are slim to none unless Clinton were to get in more legal trouble.

Republicans have to win every single swing state to make that happen. What is your definition of socialism exactly? The traditional definition is that workers should be allowed to own their workplaces, like worker co-operatives. It has nothing to do with government.
Sanders is to the right of people like FDR and Truman and about as left wing as the Republican Ike Eisenhower. He doesnt believe a single industry should be nationalized, he believes in strengthening social security and making the rich pay the same rate as everyone else, a position supported by the overwhelming majority of Americans. Americans generally support pro-worker positions and Sanders has been fighting for those positions for 40 years. I can't come up with a single issue where Sanders' position is not held by at least half the population or more according to polls. If he were to lose, it would not be because of his positions but because a large number of Americans are simply to dumb to vote for him. But I think this is no longer the case in America.
He is his own man, not funded by any wealthy donors so everyone knows he is a straight shooter. In this day and age with people being fed up with corrupt politicians, I can see Sanders doing a fantastic general election no matter who he nominates as VP (it will probably be someone with military background given his very strong relationship to the veterans).

Sure, I just posted a link.
But at the same time, the mention of this helps further energize that wing of the DNC to help push him over Hillary in the primaries.
I agree with the other poster Sanders/Webb would be a strong ticket.
