They drastically downsize and continue to manage any supplemental insurance. And/Or they can operate as nonprofits delivering medicare plans on the regional level.

And car companies will be the next to go will be next, only they'll consolidate and shrink as their products become be commoditized by private sector operators like Uber. It's not like you'll die because you'd like a Audi but can only afford a Kia.

IMO:

Nothing is far-fetched anymore.

Sadly government control of everything while insurance companies potentially become history.

Don't forget Motorcycles and Bicycles too.

Yes Bicycles as they'll find a way that ones who ride will require government insurance.

Isn't most liberalism/democratism/GOPe-ism ideas great?

Because no Clinton ever lied to the American people before.

Clearly, she is just a chip off the old block. Take your pick which one, she has the best bloodlines possible for this kind of sleazy behavior.

I think a single payer system will be affordable because it will eliminate private insurance companies with their absurd profits and excess executive payrolls. The country need healthcare not health insurance companies. The insurance companies can go insure something else like automobiles or airline schedules.

I regret that Mr. O'Malley did has not run an effective campaign because I think he would make an excellent President. I am supporting Senator Sanders because I think his proposed policies are better for the country and he is not as imbedded in the Beltway group as Ms. Clinton.

I am not supporting Ms. Clinton because I do not believe, when given the choice between her Wall Street and DC supporters and the country, she will support us over them. In addition she has was one of the most ardent supporters of "regime change" that has resulted in our debacle in Iraq and Syria. These are places where her 40+ years of experience are evidence of her failures more than her skill.

The Clintons must be worried about Sanders rise in the polls.
Let her talk. Nobody's listening.

A lot of people are listening and understanding what they hear. That is why many of them are voting for Senator Sanders.

I am talking the feberal budget (taxpayer revenue)

medicare is 700 billion
medicaid is 300 billion
va is 100 billion

federally we currently spend 1.1 trillion on medical

the FEDERAL piece (again to the taxpayer) of mediciare for all would be about 3 trillion, so about 2 trillion in NEW SPENDING

But you've eliminated the private sector (insurance) and out of pocket spending. So, even though it's an increase in federal spending it's a wash, or more likely a savings, in terms of total cost.

Lol, that's the orbit they're in.

Anyway, it's only a matter of time before someone asks her a question she doesn't like because she considers it personal, and she responds by looking at the floor and saying, "That's really none of your business."

Apparently, the snark runs in the family.
