But it is certainly not 'spent' .

Words have meaning for a reason. English is the chosen language in this country. Please use it as the rest of us do.
hahaha..

DEFINITION of 'Withholding Tax' 1. Income tax withheld from employees' wages and paid directly to the government by the employer. 2. A tax levied on income (interest and dividends) from securities owned by a non-resident.

Just stop trolling. Its part of someones SALARY and because its not collected by the employee, its an employee expense. There is a reason you file it on YOUR tax returns..

and you crying hyperbolically ('god help me') that Obamacare would break your bank doesn't match your doubled down income claims.

NO WHERE DID I EVER SAY THAT. I said that I would not like to have to pay Obamacare rates. Do you LIKE paying more for less of something? That's what would happen if I lost my employer health care and had to buy Obamacare. Is that really so hard a concept for you to understand? I have great, affordable coverage right now. Obamacare would be vastly more expensive. Bernie's Universal Healthcare would reduce my premiums to zero, but would increase my INCOME taxes by more than premiums cost me.

Is that anywhere near precise enough for you to grasp?

Bottom 20%: 13%
Middle 20%: 25%
Top 1%: 43%

If I divide my monthly salary and compare that to what I actually take home, I only take home around 60%. That does include SS and Medicare though.

oh well.

LOL. Yes, saying that GOD FORBID I have to buy Obamacare since that'd mean I'd lost my job and my insurance is a terrible, terrible thing to hope for.

Thank you. That's exactly what I'm talking about.
