So Cruz supports discrimination of men. Not good.

Nonsense.

The physical realities of combat are often best left to males. That's the reality.

IF (and that's a really big if) the draft were to be reinstated, I think it should include both males and females. Whether or not females serve in front line/combat would be determined by their abilities. There are many positions in our military that can suit both sexes.

Women should be treated just like men, make them register and be subject to a draft. I am against the idea of allowing the government to force anyone to serve against their will, but if we are going to do it, it needs to apply fairly and equally to everyone.

I also find it weird given the fetish that Cruz and many Republicans have with Israel that they would not be on board with equality. Is has long been the policy of the IDF that gender does not get you out of serving your country. I guess we finally found one thing that Cruz would not get on his knees and worship Netanyahu for doing.

I'm an anti-war woman, and I approve. If some able-bodied young adults are to be subject to the draft, then they *all* should be.

Equal rights. You are either all in or all out. All out is only selective equal rights and that isn't equal at all. Having said that - I am NOT for equal rights in the sense that women ought to be in certain combat roles (infantry for example). However, they can be a gunner on a ship or a fighter pilot. I'm not "all in".

No draft.

An all volunteer lean and mean armed force protects the free society. Should always be the case.

The favorite country of Republicans is Israel. Is Israel living in a different reality? All women serve. Women want equality, so that means all the benefits and disadvantages of it.

Can you provide the links that show Jeb, Rubio and Christie all said we should be drafting our daughters.

Conscription was invoked between 1940-73.

There has been no conscription for the past 43 years.
