One easy criticism of this spot is that eminent domain is a boutique issue, something maybe one in five Americans could define if asked. Thatís true, but thatís not the point. The message here isnít that Trump is abusing an arcane aspect of state power for his personal gain (although that message will be absorbed by dogmatic conservatives), itís that Trump, for all of his populist bravado, tried to roll over the little guy in the person of Vera Coking to line his pockets. Trumpís critics on the right, like Liam Donovan, have been begging the rest of the field to pursue that line of attack for months. Itís not enough to say Trump isnít really a conservative, since neither Trump nor his fans care much about that. To claim that heís not really a populist, though ó now youíre hitting him where he lives.

Glad to see someone is finally exposing Trump for the big government statist that he is.

Supposedly Bush and Kasich are also going to go directly after Trump in South Carolina. Trump has largely gone untouched by any serious, substance-based attacks prior to now.

Apparently they are starting to realize that if they hope to win, they are going to have to confront Trump on his weaknesses.

The good news is, there is so much to confront Trump on, if they will man up and confront him on matters of substance, and not just engage in cheap name-calling barrages.

Gotta hand it to Cruz. His advertising did great on a couple ads (except that porno star in a focus group)......Love the satirical one he did on Clinton trashing the server ......laughed out loud on that one.

Trump has been given a completely free pass so far from all of the electable candidates. If he gets the nomination, the rest have nobody to blame but themselves. I refuse to believe that intelligent and informed Republican primary voters would vote for Trump.

I like the ad that ran in Iowa better. Trump's own words:

There's a reason only Palin has come forward to endorse - and few if any other significant politicians have sided with Trump.

Yeah, that porn star mistake is not good. They did pull the ad as soon as that was discovered.

That is pretty good, but unfortunately too long to air on TV.

It is stunning to watch people who claim to be conservative go out and proudly support this person. It is mind-boggling.

Why are they not running this on loop in every primary state? I dont see how anyone could support him, because he has flipped on EVERY single issue.
