The problem with Trump is that he has alienated everyone from both parties. Even if elected he doesn't have the power to write budgets and enact them into law. He can't force congress to bend to his will. Obama enjoys nearly unconditional support from the left and he has been stooped cold many times.

Oohhh....the old "deflect attention" trick. Look over there! Magicians use it. Trump uses it every time he says something like, "I'm gonna make America great again!! And I'm rich!!"...... Which he does to so one will notice that he has no actual plans.....just a lot of talk.

Well done. Herr Trump would be proud.

p.s. You'll need to think of something new, though. You keep using this one and it's getting old.

Much like his candidate, that probably IS all he has, and so he just keeps saying it, just in a different way.

^^^^^ This I absolutely agree with....

which is why he is running specifically to try and fix
.....but why do you think this is any more likely to be the truth than running to get attention and ensure that Hillary wins?

But yet you are one of the ones constantly complaining about Trump---so, it's not a "false argument".

True. Herr Trump says the same thing over and over. Same old insults. He's not very creative. Maybe he'll start insulting the people who promote him on the internet. That would be fun.

Nice try at deflecting yourself

So, who, exactly, do you support? Why are you afraid to say who it is?

I think Trump has the best chance of helping the economy and I don't think his views on economic issues have varied much over a long period of time.

On most social issues I think hes paying lip service to social conservatives and will continue to do so to keep the base happy. Most things like abortion a president can't do anything about anyway. He'll stay pro gun because hes smart enough to know that anything else from a Republican would result in pitchforks and torches on the whitehouse lawn and Republicans in congress aren't going to vote anything anti-gun through anyway.I think he'll try to actually do something about illegal immigration,i'm sure none of the others will.

If he gets elected hes not going to want to be remembered as a total failure and it wouldn't make sense to reverse positions on issues that got him elected.

Has anything in Don's past shown he wants to serve his country?
