Why does Hillary Clinton herself need secret service?
For the same reason Rosalind Carter, Nancy Reagan, Barbara Bush, and Laura Bush do. She's a former first lady.
Also right wing nuts with guns hate her.
“My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right?” she said. “We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California.”
Hillary (D-Goldman Sachs) might understand that her 1%er friends are likely to have Sanders assassinated if it looks like he's going to win the primary. Or maybe health insurance and/or private hospital CEOs will put out the hit on him.
Take off the tinfoil before it's too late.

In the context of the complete quote, where she ends the previous sentence with the interrogative "right?", it seems clear that she was having a momentary lapse in remembering when the California primary is held, was using the historical recollection of Bobby's murder to jog her memory. I can understand why people with poor reading comprehension skills would have difficulty with it, though. Which really helps explain why one of the first things Republican governors do these days is destroy their states' public education systems - keep 'em stupid so they can't figure out how much they're screwing themselves and their families by voting R.
