Any Democrat elected will only give us 4 more years of non action and gridlock. They are both more socialist than the Conservative Congress.

Just 4 more years of ruling by EO. Possibly the nomination of a Supreme Court Justice.

What does this have to do with the question I asked?

The Pubs have been "investigating" Hill and making accusations of all kinds of horrible crimes for over 20 years.

As of today, the number of charges is zero. The number of indictments is zero.

The current FBI investigation will go nowhere. Both of her predecessors (Powell and Rice) used their private email and no one ever heard a squeak about it. Because they were serving as Republicans. This too will end up being just another GOP snipe hunt. But the Pubs love their never-ending fake scandals. It's what they do instead of their jobs when they have a majority in congress.

If Hillary wins life will go on as usual also she wont be indicted as she's done nothing wrong.

We have also learned this week that all of the recent former Secretary of States have received classified information via their personal emails. (see: Rice aides, Powell got classified info on personal email accounts | Reuters) So, unless you are suggesting that the last 15 years of Secretary of States should be indicted, you are blowing smoke and this has nothing to so with "political elites" getting preferential treatment.

But I can understand conservative frustration, they can't compete in the presidential race against their candidates' outlandish policy proposals against either Democrats' thought out policies, so the only choice conservatives have is to keep shouting "BENGHAZI -- EMAILS -- BENGHAZI -- EMAILS!!!"

You are correct.

It is Hillary`s indictable crimes that turn her mistakes into indictable crimes.

This is all very bad news for Democrats who have been whistling past the grave yard since September 11, 2012.

Either she will be indicted and pardoned by Obama or she will not be charged and deemed too corrupt to hold office by the voters.

You are very correct to panic.

Hillary can only be indicted if AG Lynch brings one. As an employee of Obama, the latter will be directed not to.

Sorry, but you are being intellectually dishonest.

What is the difference between Hillary and Petraeus?

Part of his crime that he was punished for was keeping classified info improperly in his desk. Hillary not only kept classified info on an improperly protected private server, but the way she sent emails while abroad allowed Chinese phone companies to intercept what she sent.

You do support political elites being above the law of us plebeians - even if it harms our country - how is that not traitorous of you?

You should never claim that you stand for the 99% as you willfully support the 1% elites being above the law.

I am fine with going back and punishing any past secretary of states who would also be disqualified from being president if they pulled a Hillary.

You can look the info up on google, but you will have to spell it correctly to find the answer.

I suppose if she wins the nomination and is later indicted, the Dems will drag out Joe Biden or some other retread.

I'm getting a big kick out of the "she didn't do anything that others haven't done" crowd. Nothing more than rationalization. When you actually dig into the details, the facts are very different indeed. But hey, I have no problem with the FBI investigating past SOS if they feel national security was at risk.

I'm pretty certain that the FBI is NOT controlled by Republicans. Perhaps they are just doing this for the hell of it! Same as the State Department requesting records of the foundation. Time to face the facts! This woman is dishonest to her core and anyone who can't see that is either extremely naive, a hard-core partisan or just an old-fashioned idiot.
