From The Atlantic - "The exit polls couldn’t be clearer. As Ramesh Ponnuru put it, “They raise questions about what we think we know about the Trump phenomenon.” Since the Granite State is so white, it didn’t test the candidate’s performance among minorities. But Trump proved an ability to best all his rivals among the following groups:" Donald Trump's Unexpectedly Broad Appeal - The Atlantic

TOS prevents me from listing all the groups, but check out this brief article in case you think Trump only appeals to unemployed white guys drinking beer and watching TV all day. I had no idea he had such wide ranging appeal.

Well, he certainly seems to appeal to the same crowd that has for years dismissed so many as being RINOS! , kinda funny since he gives every indication of being one himself.

Don't you know he is supposed to implode in the NEXT state primary?

Trump "loves" Nancy Pelosi and couldn't figure out why she did not impeach George W. Bush. And he LOVES the Clintons. Breaking news from 2008. He is a Trojan horse.

One thing seems to be sure, Trump has some "bad breadth"

Trump is really a Democrat. Almost all of his viewpoints are Democratic.

It's amazing that ~30% of registered Republicans support a Democrat (that calls himself a Republican). To me, this means that the Republican party is in trouble. They don't have as many conservatives as they thought. 30% of them are RINOs. These folks that support Trump need to change their party affiliation after the primary is over. They are in denial if they think they are a Republican.

IMO the makes the GOP a much more interesting, big tent kind of party. Conservatives are only one part of the GOP. Republicans don't adhere to the kind of ideological purity the Democrats do, which makes for a messy, and more raucous big tent. Just watch the debates. Hillary and Bernie keep slugging it out over who's going to give more of other people's money away, the Republicans fight over everything. You want conservative, go Cruz. You want RINO, go Trump. You want in between, go Rubio. Republicans are offering choice this year, Democrats are offering the same old krap.

Well that's true ... but only if you don't consider blacks, non-Cuban Hispanics, gays, women, and non-Bible-toting young people worthy of being in your tent.

What? This has already been debunked here more than once and I'm not willing to do it again. Google can be your best friend. You might want to label over your Hillary bumper sticker with Trump since he has support in ALL demographics so sounds like your perfect candidate. Join the winning team. Trump 2016!

That's the kind of mindless thinking that will get Democrats into trouble this year. Check out the link from The Atlantic. Trump's support is deep and wide-ranging. This is an economy driven election this year, and everyone you bring up is affected by Obama's lackadaisical interest in improving the economy.
