Ivanka married a great guy, has taken the conversion seriously - and is expecting her third child this year. (fwiw - per Wiki - her prior relationships were also Jewish). Probably a lot more depth of tradition in Judaism than she's experienced prior. Don't think religion was a big deal in the Trump family. Rich, influential Jews control a LOT of money (and other things) in NY. Pretty sure The Donald is very pleased with his son-in-law - who, coincidentally, also comes from a real estate family:

Strange times we live in; that 2 dudes with Jewish kids may wind up running for POTUS in November.
For some reason I am not understanding why this is even a subject? As for Sanders, it makes sense his son is Jewish, did you think Sanders was a Catholic or something and what does the religion or lack of same children of politicians have to do with the person him/her self? Heck, I don't care about the religion of the person running for office unless their religious beliefs could interfere with how they handle their jobs o put our country at some type of risk.
