I have a bad felling Rubio is going to catch and pass them both soon. Cruz may lose out to Trump and Trump is a dishonest, lying fraud of a businessman. You KNOW there has to be a ton of dirt on him somewhere about making illegal or shady business deals and that is going to suddenly come to light at the time the establishment wants it to.

I might agree with you, but I'd have to ask, why haven't they played that card yet? Trumps antics are only hurting establishment candidates, why not get him out of the way?

Yeah, some of those deals have already been talked about quite openly already. Trump's supporters are not under the illusion that he is particularly honest or ethical. They also realize full well that he is frequently being wildly manipulative and at other times is wildly out of control. They don't care.

Donald Trump is the only candidate in the race who is expressing emotions that compare to their own on the key issues of national security, immigration and trade. All three of these issues are related to national boundaries, by the way; which from a psychological/Maslow's hierchy of needs perspective, is quite fascinating and certainly worth further examination. Surely someone else of note has seen this too and hopefully will write an article analyzing this soon. I would love to read something insightful on this subject.

Anyway, Trump is engaging with his audience on an emotional level. There is an emotional bonding that we can all see between his followers and him that is a lot deeper than what most of the vast majority of these political races produce.

So scandals on one hand and intellectual arguments on the other are not likely to be effective ways to undermine this guy here.

Knowing how Trump is, it won't. Trump may stop on this particular issue but not in general. He'll find someone else to wrong him. Maybe it will be CNN.

Think they'd make that a Pay-Per-View special?

Yeah that pretty much sums it up! I don't think it matters who's running in November, both parties will be fielding a pompous and arrogant candidate. While there are things I like about Trump he really needs to shut up about the lawsuit threats and the birther nonsense that he has no intention of actually suing over.

More like South Park Elementary's new mascot replacing the Cow in the "Vote or Die" episode.
