He never says anything bad about Hillary, otherwise it might reflect bad on her campaign later.

If that were even true, then that would make Clinton's attacks on those supporters he's drawing awfully foolish.

Seems like his sole purpose for being in the race is to undermine her campaign. The media's surely helping him along with that.

He attacks her based on issues and policy differences, not nasty personal attacks and childish insults. Which is what the GOP does.

The reason you can't tell the difference is because you've been so accustomed to the nastiness on the GOP side for the past 3 presidential elections. You think that's "normal".

Sanders's base of lily-white voters keeps begging his campaign to be critical of Hillary, and it just. will. not.

He doesn't want to alienate them to Hillary when he endorses her later and closes down the campaign. Sanders voters will vote for any Democrat.
