Gee -- I never thought of it quite like that before.
A candidate has electability but he doesn't get the votes to elect him.
But it's the electability that is important not the votes.
How can I think of it to make it more clear ?
I have generator and the potential to produce electricity. That is more important than actually starting the generator and turning the potential into actual electricity.
For some reason the light just isn't coming on. Maybe I'm missing something. Is it a Zen koan that could eventually electrocute me ?
Caution Will Robinson --- this is shocking information !!!! Danger !!! Danger !!!
