Where will the wall go? On our side?

If Mexico pays for it, will they want it on Mexican land? I doubt they will gift us a wall.

Who then will monitor the wall?

Do all the USA property owners support giving up their land for a wall?

I saw one who did. His property was where the fence ended and the Rio Grande had dried up to a mud bed. He said he was for Trump all the way and wouldn't even walk on his property without being armed.
