Trump knew exactly what Tapper was asking. Tapper said KKK three times.
He mentioned David Duke at the beginning, and something about Trump's heritage, which you can clearly see Trump doesn't comprehend. Trump was answering that he doesn't know David Duke, doesn't know these groups....now while most of you want to pretend that it meant: "I've never heard of them", what he was saying was he doesn't KNOW these people, as in, he does not keep company with these people. While he talked about researching groups, WHILE HE WAS TALKING, that's when Tapper mumbled KKK.
Either our schools are horrendous these days, or you guys are looking for something that isn't there. Or both.

Simple. Hillary and Sanders will be asked the same questions if/when white supremacists and the KKK ever endorse them.
The Communist Party of the USA endorsed Obama. Nobody batted an eye. Nobody asked Obama why would a party that has murdered more people in history than any other ideology is supporting you? What do they see in you that is so appealing to them? What do you have in common with communists? No, those questions were never asked. But now they dredge up a character from the 80s and everybody has to take a position on what he said. Who cares?

That's true but many other white supremacy/nationalist hate groups have taken their place. At least one of them, EURO (formerly NOFEAR), was founded by Duke. I'd not be surprised if he's active in many more.
