She had nothing to do with the origins of ISIS, but if you seriously would like to know how ISIS came to be, you can find the information quite easily.

ISIS was born in a US Iraq prison camp - Camp Bucca - during the the Iraq War initiated by the Cheney/Bush admin.

If you don't like to read, watch the documentary--it is truly fascinating. I realize it does not support your fictional world view of Clinton, but it is the truth, which we all want--right?

It does not matter to me who you vote for, but people really should be enlightened as to how and where ISIS was born.
