Trump said today at his San Diego speech he had a 98% positive approval on forms filled out by his Trump University students. Trump also said he could have settled the lawsuit and chose not to settle and will fight this lawsuit. Trump is bad ass! Love it.
Ask the plaintiffs . . . they will surely tell you that they could have settled but they chose not to. Allegedly, the instructors would stand next to the students as they are told to complete the satisfaction survey. Someone is clearly lyin' and we shall see who shall prevail.

1. The training industry calls those forms "smile sheets", typically filled out at the end of class be people who haven't had a chance to put the class info to work yet. These sheets typically have very high ratings on them, and are not actually related to much that is useful for evaluating the effectiveness of the training. If followup is done after a student had the chance to apply the new info, the evaluation has more meaning.
2. trump lies about things, so saying that '98% positive approval' is probably a lot of hyperbole on his part. On a 5 point scale, anything 3 or greater can be considered 'positive'. It is kinda like the 70% unfavorable that trump has among certain demographics.
Well, except for the fact that Trump lied...and lied and lied and lied while he was taking people's money for something he knew he had no intention of delivering. That's called fraud.
But you're right, other than that, nothing relevant. Because when Trump lies it doesn't count. At least not to the cult.
Actually it shows that he believed the people picked were "terrific" people..

These are the very same idiots who run around babbling that Clinton lies about emails, white water, dodging sniper fire, videos started Benghazi etc....dont matter.

So this is of bigger concern. I'm assuming he has used this 98% figure in court, so you are tacking on a perjury charge too?

He admitted in his deposition that he wasn't involved in the process at all, even though he lied in the pitch and claimed he was going to hand pick each and every one of them. When he was asked under oath he couldn't name a single one of the instructors. Not one. So how would he know if they were terrific or not?
He's a con man. And you are one of his many marks.

This is like Burger King claiming they have the best hamburger.. I mean really? Is this all you have?
I personally would not pay a dollar, much less thousands, for a Trump University real estate course. Millions of people pay such amounts for 'degrees' from for profit colleges. I also would not pay tens of thousands for gender studies, black diaspora studies, lesbian dance history, etc. Those who choose these degrees made a choice. They owe the money to these schools for their 'education'.

You think it's "bad ass" to rip off desperate people? Pathetic.
Trump definitely has the sociopath vote locked up.

Trump told them what they were doing wrong. You need to file against people who have money. Some will settle but not Trump.
Trump actually does settle on occasion. He settled over Trump SoHo and returned the money to the people he had defrauded.
Trump may like to play hardball but he (or his lawyers) clearly get a bit scared when things like "fraud" and "criminal investigation" start getting tossed around.
