Not sure I understand why the republicans would want to delay Clinton being indicted? That would certainly keep her from being nominated. Unless they think that Sanders has a better chance of winning the election? And, it really isn't in their hands, anyway.

Nothing would make the Republican party more happy then a mug shot of a Clinton. They weren't able to get that far in 1998, so, to basically screw the Democratic Party and gift wrap a victory to the Republicans, their hand picked Federal Judge, will officially do an indictment the 7 day period after the Democratic Convention is over. This (mug shot) of course, would stick in the gullible minds of American simpletons and cripple Hillary's ability to campaign effectively, even if she'd be eventually cleared (the RNC did the same thing in 2007) but after she's a private citizen and Trump, Cruz or Paul Ryan is the next President.
Instead of manning up and doing it now.
Love it if it backfires on them and Sanders is the choice instead. He's actually ahead of Obama's pace in 2008, but the media won't let you know that.
It's not up to Congress.

It is a criminal investigation by the FBI and will be turned over to the DOJ if the FBI feels there is enough evidence to assure a successful prosecution. Congress does not have a say either way.

It shows you that most Republicans simply aren't out there doing what their constituents voted for them to do. They've shown no guts. No matter, though. Let's just wait for the FBI to have their say.

Further, the FBI doesn't waste their time on "phony scandals" or whatever Obamabots call it now.

How many times does this have to be brought up here?
The fact that the FBI gave immunity to the Clinton aide that handled the set up and maintenance of the server indicates that this is a serious issue for them.

What? Did they get elected to just hold multiple hearings on Benghazi in hopes of finding something? Would you have Hillary thrown in jail just because the republicans *want* her to be?

There is a process to this, and you can't just have someone 'disappeared' like in certain other countries. Because, sooner or later, it might just be you who is disappearing.

Stop being so condescending.
It's an FBI Investigation with over 100 agents involved.
The DOJ gave the OK for the Immunity.
A Federal Judge gave the OK for the Immunity.
i
The odds are pretty certain that a Grand Jury is already impaneled (that's why a Federal Judge is involved)
Add to all that ...... Criminal Charges are going to be involved.

You appear to think this is "hanging chads" ...... and that's just denial of the serious issues.
You don't appear to understand that NONE of this has anything to do with Benghazi at this point,

I don't know what the OP is talking about, because the Republicans aren't the ones who could indict Hillary. That determination will be made by Obama's Justice Department.

While I personally think that Hillary is a guilty as sin, I know that she will get nothing more than a slap on the wrist. That is because Obama will not sabotage Hillary's campaign, since it is in his interest to see her win.

I am astonished that so many other Republicans have deluded themselves into believing that Hillary could actually be indicted. It is time for the GOP to wise up.

Something to consider.
1. IF Obama could choose any person to be the President to "protect" his Grand Legacy - WHO would he choose?

2. Do you think that all the animosity between TeamObama & CampClinton is just history, all under the rug now?

3. Do you understand what would happen IF Hillary Clinton were indicted? Do you understand what would happen to her Delegates and what would happen at the Democratic Convention?

NOTE-- you are absolutely correct that the Republicans have ZERO to do with this.
It's the FBI, DOJ and Federal Judges.

I realize that, but what makes you think that there's not a partisan judge who has pledged to the RNC and is cahoots to make sure to make an indictment, strictly to hurt the Democrats, right when the 3 month, general starts?
