I'd bet the farm, this despicable party, already has a partisan, activist judge, who's crossed the T's and is waiting for the ink to dry. Even if the charges are bogus and would eventually be dismissed....
Nothing would make the Republican party more happy then a mug shot of a Clinton. They weren't able to get that far in 1998, so, to basically screw the Democratic Party and gift wrap a victory to the Republicans, their hand picked Federal Judge, will officially do an indictment the 7 day period after the Democratic Convention is over. This (mug shot) of course, would stick in the gullible minds of American simpletons and cripple Hillary's ability to campaign effectively, even if she'd be eventually cleared (the RNC did the same thing in 2007) but after she's a private citizen and Trump, Cruz or Paul Ryan is the next President.
Instead of manning up and doing it now.
Love it if it backfires on them and Sanders is the choice instead. He's actually ahead of Obama's pace in 2008, but the media won't let you know that.

DOJ owns whether or not an indictment is made against Ms Clinton. Does this means you are expecting the Republican nominee will win the election. Or, you just trolling?

Oh, the pain, the pain! To be so consumed with hatred for someone and not have the proof that they have done something that would result in an indictment! But, there is always the comfort in thinking that it is corrupt judges who are preventing the revenge from happening.

Here is some good reading that may help you understand where you've gone wrong with this passion:

Lightbulb Republican Cowards won't indict Hillary before a possible nomination

It isn't cowardice.

It's that all their weeping and whining since 1993 has been nothing but phony outrage and political name calling. If they ever had any evidence for all the accusations they've made, she'd have been shunted off to the dustbin of history many years ago.

The reality is that the GOP is scared spitless of Hillary and instead of offering up viable opponents, all they can do is try to make her look bad. A very telling symptom of how weak they've become.

Exactly right. Though I have to give the right props--they have truly given this a valiant effort as they squandered millions upon millions of our tax dollars in an attempt to bring down a political rival. They sure are good at that squandering our money part for political gain, aren't they?

Meanwhile, the GOP front runner is really going to court to face three lawsuits that charge him with fraud.

I picture the Bible smoking when he lays his hand on it and promises to tell the truth. Trump and truth are not even passing acquaintances.

Hope you're right. But remember this is the same party that had her husband impeached for lying about a BJ

Are you old enough to recall how well that worked out for the GOP?

<hint> He left office with a 66% approval rating.

It's not up to them, but the DOJ and FBI.
Further, the FBI doesn't waste their time on "phony scandals" or whatever Obamabots call it now.

How many times does this have to be brought up here?

We're all awaiting the indictments that the right has been saying were coming for years now. Not just on the current investigation, but all of the others going all the way back to Robert Fiske and Ken Starr.

Remember him? Maybe you're too young.

AllPolitics - Players - Kenneth W. Starr

That last sentence in the linked article pretty much says it all.

And after all, Starr only wasted about $70 million with his pointless "investigation" that resulted in... nothing.

We've all been down this road with the GOP headhunters vs the Clintons for decades now. There's absolutely no indication that the email "scandal" will be anything more than an empty net. Again.
Just like all the others.

But the Pubs keep hoping and praying that something will turn up. They're slow learners.

More than that, they're scared.
