The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is disputing a report that it had provided Donald Trump's campaign with a "fax" of Trump University ratings during a commercial break for the Fox News Republican debate on Thursday.
The Independent Journal Review posted a video to Twitter showing Trump handing a piece of paper to debate moderators during the break:

Better Business Bureau denies Republican debate night "fax" to Donald Trump campaign - Election 2016 - CBS News

WTF?

What is true and what is not? My head is spinning from the barrage...

Agree that it is about time somebody took Trump on, and shame on the media for letting it go this far, but do I trust them now? NOT A TRUMP FAN, but where was all of this 2, 4, 6, 8 months ago?

The media dropped the ball, big time. They assumed early on that he was just going to be an entertaining sideshow to the main event, and they gave him glowing celeb coverage for ages. He played them like a violin.

it has always been in the media's best interest for the Trump three-ring circus to continue on and on because it produced viewership and interest

Not a violin... He played them like something much easier than that. He played them like a whistle.

Give Trump his due. He is a huckster and a media ***** who knows how to play the media. He laid it all out long before he actually decided to run, saying that all he needed to do was stay the top story every day. Didn't even matter what they were saying about him, as long as they were talking about him first and foremost every day. And that's exactly what he has done. As soon as something else looks like it may displace him in the news he does or says something outrageous to put himself back on top.

He knows his medium quite well. The media only cares about chasing ratings, so they are willing accomplices. They allow themselves to be played by this modern day PT Barnum shyster. As long as they get the ratings, they don't care.

And Trump, the reality star, also knows there's a gullible pool of idiots out there who will get in line and trot along behind him no matter how stupid he gets. And boy, was he ever right about that, too.

I'm speechless. Why is Trump post a fake report on Twitter when anybody can check the BBB.org website?

Wow. That whole incident is despicable. So not only what happened there at the debate being unscrupulous but I still believe the entire Trump University issue was a scam the more I study what happened there. Just the kind of person we want running the country.
