Besides in your premises you assume that Number #2 aka everybody but Trump is lying with their plans.
Just because Trump has no detailed plans doesn't make him more truthful.
I never said it did make Trump more anything.
The reason I assume #2 is historical in nature. It's been the case for many election cycles now.
