Of course there's no money to pay for all of Bernie grandeous plans, other then to print more money.

Now to be fair, Trump's, Cruz's, and Rubio's plans would be budget busters too. Only Kasich seems to know how to balance a budget. And Hilary? Who knows. Depends on which way the wind is blowing at any given time.

Stop Spending! Abolish The IRS. Repeal Obamacare... ... I don't think Republicans can get any of their high flown ideas of the ground either. Repeal Obamacare? It's never actually been enacted. Let's see how America competes internationally with a frozen budget. Americans are going to be fleeing the country the way Central Americans flee those economic hell holes now. Those that can't flee will kill themselves at greater and greater rates.

The suicide rate for middle class Americans between 30 and 50 has doubled in the last ten years. That is the demographic that has long had the lowest rate of suicide because they usually have the good physical health of middle age, the economic traction of a career and the social connections of relationships and/or marriage. Sanders is the only politician since... ever, to look the Devil in the eye and call him by name. I think we should support him. When you say his ideas won't go anywhere and that that is a good thing I have to wonder... ... are millionaires slumming away their lunch hours on city data?

I don't understand working stiffs wanting America to continue to gut the Middle Class and also failing to see that the ruling class has zero interest in restoring lost factory jobs, curbing immigration or providing decent health care and a safe environment free of the most dangerous pollutants for Americans.

Or is it all hot air?
Hot air. In fact, there would be more corruption because government spending would increase drastically. Also, huge tax increases would encourage more people to avoid taxes.

His entire term would be as a "lame duck". He wouldn't get any of his unicorns through congress. There would be no free $hit for anybody.

Actually, less government spending and regulation would make America much more competitive. So yes, don't freeze the budget. Gut it.

Less regulation, yes. Less spending, no. And when you can see the air again and walk across the rivers... when the parents start routinely outliving their children... regulations? Maybe they aren't so bad when their aim is to protect our air, water and food? The thousands that are going to die from fracking haven't any clue right now that they are terminally ill. They are still going to the gym (or not) and living life like they always have. But the chemicals are in their bodies, forming tumors, disrupting necessary life functions. And that is with an EPA in place.

No, you want to think that America with the chains off can compete with $0.60/dy labor rates in Vietnam but it won't. How is it that Germany can pay workers $60/hr. to build cars but the UAW needed to get labor down to $14/hr. so America's Big Three could be viable entities? There is no wage low enough to satisfy the American 1%'s thirst for wealth. That is why we stuff Americans in prison by the millions so they can staff Directory Assistance call centers, make furniture for Broyhill and Ashley and perform other menial labors for vastly less than the prevailing minimum wage of $7.50/hr.

If an American does not feel that America needs to go even further to the left to ensure that all Americans can survive in the coming age of automation removing the last vestiges of semi-skilled labor opportunity from the economy then you are missing some essential humanity. It is bad now and is going to get much worse and the far right Republicans that want to take America back to 1960's levels of spending and 1940's levels of foreign policy are pandering to misplaced middle class fear and loathing.

I'd presume a Sanders Presidency would be similar to the Obama Presidency where obstruction, voting no and filibuster would be the order of the day from the GOP,end result a country in stagnation.
Give Bernie some free reign and your taxes would rise but you will be able to access much more social programs .
