If Trump doesn't get the nomination, his supporters will mostly just rally behind Cruz or lose interest and move on. In any case, they either have their jobs to go back to or their retirements. So yeah, they're not worried about "conservative" protesters. The huge majority of these people have their work or their family to attend to, and don't have time to run around raising cane when things don't go their way.

Liberals, on the other hand... Just look how many moon bats sneak into Trump rallies to protest and whine. If Trump wins the nomination, all these people are going to band together and it will probably get ugly. The open minded and tolerant left really really hates it when people who don't agree with them win elections.
