If you listen to conservative talk show host or intellects (like Glen beck according to the National review) they all act incredible pro-Rubio even if they don't support him.

Everyone I talk to who is a republican talk up Rubio and speak in general about how he will start a new American century and is a fresh face for the Republican party.

This is a big problem I find with Voters. They love the breezy generalizations these candidates give (with help from the media).

The same thing happened with Obama's "Hope and Change".

Even though Rubio is a young Cuban senators he won't necessarily be a good president. He's owned by all the big corporations and is pro-war yet Libertarian C-pac still cheer him on. Young people support him, old people think he is a positive forward thinking candidate but WHY.

Can we all please move past these cheap political sentences politicians throw our way

" cheap political sentences " Don't seem to be all that effective for Rubio.

I would say that its because of the alternatives. Donald Trump is a an ignorant, egotistical blowhard, and Ted Cruz is kind of a slimy televangalist with narrow appeal.

Rubio is the best looking candidate. That's a super shallow reason to vote for someone, but some people will do it.

He isn't popular. It's why he is running a distant third to Cruz and Trump.

Would someone even somewhat popular run third to Cruz and Trump?

I like Kasich okay. I suppose he's just not really dynamic enough for some people, and to be honest, he's about out of it and most people know it.

I have a question, too. I just saw Rubio's campaign guy on CNN and he said, "Rubio is ahead in the early voting in Florida." My question is: How would he know that?
