Well, then they shouldn't run for President.

I don't hear anyone suggesting we hold those two to a different standard either.

Oh really? Where are all the threads demanding they be thrown in jail, never mind actually being charged and convicted of something?

Jeez People. She is a classifying authority. If she says it is not classified and she wrote it...it is not classified.

Get over it. The writings of a Secretary of State carry exactly and only the classification she places on it.

This one is really simple stuff...but you still can't understand?

Yeah, that's the point, isn't it? What Clinton did is no different from what her predecessors did. Rice also used personal email for things which have since been classified retroactively. Why aren't you calling for investigations? Why aren't you accusing her of stupidity, laziness and narcissism and demanding she go to prison?

Rice also presided over embassy attacks--and more of them than Clinton, with higher casualty rates. Why aren't you calling for investigations of a second-by-second accounting of what she did and who she talked to or emailed, exactly when she had those conversations and exactly what was said? Why don't you care about those victims and their families the way you continually profess to care about the four Benghazi victims and their families?

If you want to know why most Americans have moved on from Benghazi and the emails long ago, the above is why. They can smell the stink of hypocrisy that is continually wafting from the far right, and it's a foul odor they want nothing to do with.

What do forum threads have to do with the process of investigating and adjudicating classified protocol breach?

So your justification is not if it was illegal, you rather just use the reasoning of a 9 yr old...."But Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, little Johnny did it and his mother didn't punish himmmmmmmmmmmm"

good argument

So your justification is, it's not the crime that matters, only who did it. It's perfectly fine to allow perceived criminals to go free if they are from your party, but if they are from the other party, THOSE people must be prosecuted to the limit of the law.

Well, at least you admit that you don't really care about the crime, but only punishing your political opponents.

Your biggest problem is that no one is fooled any longer by the pretend concern any more than they're fooled by the pretend investigations.

My argument is it is a crime....anyone else who did it is another topic....this tread is about The HILdebeast, nobody else. You seem to think that if other people possibly did something illegal, it somehow makes it ok....it doesn't

And you seem to think that people who did things that you consider illegal but did so under your party banner somehow makes it okay. And I know this because if you were truly concerned about the actual crime and not merely the politics, you would be calling for both Clinton and Rice to be prosecuted for doing the same thing.

And yet, you are not. Why is that? There is no statute of limitations on crimes against the state. Why are you so willing to let one "criminal" go but not another?
