Thats definitely not right if we read this article. The "votes" are not actual people voting so cant be used to tell how many voted.

Rubio's logo featured a miniature map of the US mainland, he left off Hawaii and Alaska. I don't know about Alaska, but Hawaii noticed.

Did anyone really expect Cruz to win Hawaii? It is one of the most liberal states in the country and certainly not filled with Cruz types.
