He tried to out-Trump Trump. It didn't work.
Yes, pretty callow. When I saw the photo of him shaking hands with Cruz, I knew it was the beginning of the end. Sure enough, the only one who benefited was Cruz. Hopefully, Rubio will learn from all this. Never trust the RNC and for pete's sake never trust your opponents. I don't know who was advising him, but they are idiots. Because I couldn't see Rubio doing anything about illegal immigration, I ended up voting for Trump. And while I'm super irked at Rubio, I still like him (yes I know, call me crazy). I'm not the only one, my precinct went Rubio 39%, while Cruz and Trump virtually tied each at 21%.

Huntsville, Alabama.

Photo of Rubio Rally

Meanwhile elsewhere in Huntsville that weekend, Trump holds massive rally. Event had to be moved because first venue wasn't large enough. 32,000 got in, several 1000 more outside.

My sentiments exactly.

We are getting bombarded with negative ad's against Trump in Florida and positive Rubio ad's that every day sound more as a comedy after you see Rubio's results after the votes are in.

Now, let me mention all the name calling Trump supporters think is funny, it shows about as much maturity as he shows. God help us all!!

This is true, CNN just reported/showed Rubio speaking at this high school football field in Hialeah, Florida, a field that can easily fit thousands of people, only a handful showed up, sad.

He shouldn't have tried to play Trump's game. I think it really made him look pathetic.

Don't be silly. You know perfectly well where Huntsville is and what goes on there (hint - think rockets).

I was stationed there (Army) for 3 years, a very nice place.

You must be missing something here, the name calling coming from the "anti-Trumps". Just for the record, it is not the Trump supporters who are "uneducated" and anyone reading this forum that hasn't noticed that probably has English as their Second language. The reality is Rubio is done. He made a deal with Satan (Cruz) and it did him in. If Cruz could stump him, he isn't ready to be POTUS or a greeter at Wal-Mart.

I think Rubio's issue with FL involves more than one city. He never had a chance. He just doesn't have the backbone and smarts to carry it off.

Hey, when you make a deal with Satan.......... I would have thought that after Cruz did what he did with Carson and continued with the rest of the deceitfulness that Rubio would not have been so foolish. Wasn't it obvious when Rubio started the mocking of Trump that Rubio was told to do this by Satan, I mean, Cruz? Cruz's number is #1, it is "666".
