I saw that image on TV and the issue was Marco scheduled it at 5 pm when people were at work!

If you can't even schedule what the best time is how can you even think you can be a leader of the Free world and manage the country if you can't even plan the best time to hold a rally and get people enthusiastic to show up to support you.

With the huge amount of Trump bashing ad's in Florida, Rubio can't still get more than what we see in the picture to come out to support him.

Even the local Tax Collector is bashing Rubio for not showing up to represent his constitutes and that on a daily base through Facebook and other outlets. The Tax collector is a Republican!

Since Rubio represents the establishment Republican primary voters are pretty much done with him.
