There goes any game of tag, Kindergarten duck duck goose, that boss that slaps you on the back for a job well done, towel snapping in the boys locker-room, every person that ever jostled you on a train, that woman on line behind you at the supermarket checkout that knocks into you with their shopping cart, almost every opponent in sports...we'll be signing touching approval papers. What do you yell when they touch you? "Bad touching" like they teach the 3 year olds?

And yes, I was involved in an employment litigation matter in which an employee was "slapped on the shoulder" in a manner the employee deemed to be an assault.
Children engage in games like Duck Duck Goose willingly, but if a child punches a kid instead of touching his head, it would become an issue of assault.

And, this wasn't Trump so not sure what it has to do with the election except for those that are desperate, envious and feeling hopeless over their candidates, the liars, the cheaters, etc.
Maybe they are trying to play this up to detract from the horrible scandal that Cruz is involved in. Hardly any comparison of the two. Trump was not personally involved in this very alleged "grab" and Cruz appears to be in "it" up to his neck, maybe top of his head so I am sure his lying and cheating campaign have been watching carefully for anything and planting people in strategic locations.

Actually unless you're getting your news from the internet or talk radio you're not hearing much about the Cruz scandal to begin with. The mainstream media has generally decided to ignore it or present it as a bit part in a larger back and forth between Trump and Cruz.
