Rubio wins DC with 37.3% of the vote, followed by Kasich at 35.5%.

Trump a distant 3rd and Cruz last.

If Marco can pull off Florida, this is not over.

Yes, but more importantly, Rubio kept those delegates out of Cruz's count. So the numbers didn't really change much with today's results.

And there is still Guam, right?

I'm not sure how much significance to read into these results, but it certainly can't be a good thing for Trump to go 0 for 2 today. Wonder if this will have any influence at all on Tuesday.

These are the first votes after last nights debacle at the Trump rally. Trump got destroyed in both states, not even 10% of the vote in one and 15% in the other. These are two completely different states with completely different voters too. This is terrible news for Trump going into Tuesday

Guam already voted. It seems like they vote for delegates to the Convention not for the candidates themselves. Some of the Delegates have said who they support, but they all haven't and they aen't bound to anyone. So they are basically another batch of uncommitted delegates or something similar to the Democrrats unpledged delegates.

Democrats held their County Conventions in Iowa. There was some shifting in a few counties (especially Polk which had some issues on both sides). There were some slight shifts in each Congressional District, some in Sanders's favor, some in Clinton's, but not enough to impact any delegates and the overall shifts basically cancelled each other out on the state level.

There are later Conventions to select the actual dlegates to the convention on both the state and CD level, however for now it appears the delegate count is the same as Caucus night 22-21 in favor of Clinton. With one delegate that Clinton has an advantage in, but is pretty much too close to call.
