It may seem that way but in 2008 there were 25 Democratic debates. I believe there were only 8 this year.

There were also 12 Republican Debates this year, despite them not being informative/intellectually stimulating.

I love what Ellison said in the CNN video link above. I have been thinking the same thing lately when I see those numbers on the news reports. The newsmedia knows where their bread is buttered.
