It is interesting in that we could have both parties represented in a general election by someone not currently in the running.

I've seen these comments in some articles. They are using clever wording, like, it isn't illegal to use a private server, and it's hard to prove intent.

The truth is that her legal problems aren't for using the private server, it for having classified emails on it, and not complying with record keeping laws. Also, they don't need to prove intent, just negligently handling classified information is a crime.

These legal experts are using (not so) clever wording in an attempt to conceal Hillary's legal problems.
Those classified emails weren't classified at the time that they were sent.

In any case, this is like beating the dead horse of Benghazi. Everyone has moved on except the people who weren't going to vote for her in the first place.

Not that any partisan in this thread is likely to care, but the attached was written by a government attorney who was involved in drafting the security classification manual for the Department of Homeland Security that explains what statutes are in question, and why he says she should not be indicted.

Why do you think all these legal experts are trying to conceal something? They're not her attorneys nor are they on her campaign staff.
A lot of people disagree with you on that, including lawyers, former judges, and law enforcement.

True, however, Mr. Pagliano's immunity is only one small part of why many "legal experts" believe she has some very real legal problems.

Also, remember that they would not have given Mr. Pagliano immunity until they heard what he knows. If he didn't have anything worthwhile, they wouldn't have granted the immunity.

I'd bet we all know that no matter the evidence, Hillary is not going to be indicted.

Links?

Even Breitbart quotes gross negligence
Quote:
The law is broken if that person “through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.”

'One shot at the queen': FBI, AG intensify focus on Clinton email probe | Fox News

One shot at the queen...I love this stuff. This has to be the most entertaining election cycle in my lifetime. Let's face it, we all know Hillary broke the law, and she did it because she's Hillary and she's entitled and she's part of the DC power structure. So...how far will James Comey push this? What is Obama ordering AG Lynch to do? How far will Obama go to protect his legacy? What kind of quiet deals are being made? Would she be allowed to drop out of the race in lieu of arrest?
I've posted several times ...... "The rubber is about to meet the road for Loretta Lynch".
Obama's political career is about to end - he will be on Gravy Street as an X-President (with the 2 giant raises he has stuffed into his 2015 & 2016 Budgets for big raises for X-Presidents). Loretta Lynch is NOT at the end of her Political Career - will she be willing to take a dive for The Obama, or will she do the job she was appointed to do? Obama's Grand Legacy will be cold comfort for her if she makes the wrong choice and chooses to Obstruct Justice - James Comey won't lie down for Obstruction of Justice.

He will cause a STINK if he has a strong case and they attempt to make it go "poof". 147 FBI agents AND 2 Inspector General's staffs have been working on this for almost a year. No way to "hide" that.

Comey says that he will personally interview the Clinton folks. Stay tuned.

So Hillary isn't worried at all? The director of the FBI typically interviews presidential candidates after granting immunity to their staffers for fun? This is the FBI - this could be much bigger than unclassified emails.
