Maybe Trump should have spent more money on the state then. Maybe he's not as rich as he claims he is. Maybe he doesn't know what he's doing. Maybe he isn't really interested in winning and is just concerned about getting Hillary elected.

My guess is that all of the above are true.

We are not going to let someone who dissed "NY values" win NY!

Its on, Cruz!
I was thinking the same. If it's one thing NYers know how to do its fight. Trump will be The nominee come hell or high water.

Why?

He's gonna clean Cruz's clock up and down the Acela corridor. Huge number of delegates at play.

They were desperate. They knew if Cruz didn't win, he'd have to withdraw from the race.

Then how are all the states where Trump got in the 30s a win for Trump?

How did Cruz win Wisconsin? 52 percent did not vote for Cruz. That proves Cruz can't be the nominee.

The people of Wisconsin have spoken. Anyone but Cruz.

So what. The goal here is not to have Cruz be the nomimee anyway. The goal is "anyone but Trump". That's how bad Trump is - that voters are choosing anyone else just to ensure Trump doesn't win. An exit poll from WI showed that many GOP voters are afraid of a Trump presidency. I bet Trump loses PA also. We haven't seen any recent polls in Maryland or Delaware but I doubt Trump would do well in those 2 states.

Contested convention here we come.
