Because he has common sense and says what every politician should say by default, plain and simple.

It's the other politicians that don't have a clue and it's tragic, unbelievable how many millions votes people like Cruz, Kasich, and Clinton have been gettin so far.

Excuse me, but some of us remember Donald Trump from many years ago.
He's almost 70 years old. Don't act like we're seeing him for the first time
in this race, or that even The Apprentice was how we were introduced to
him.
Some of us actually know the guy or know people who know him.
Especially in the Northeast or Florida.
We also tend to be pretty sharp evaluators of character.
