People don't need a new iPhone every time they come out with a new model. This thinking of over consumption where we don't even respect the product long enough to hold onto has got to stop.
The Chinese are quite capable of producing top quality if that is what the client ( typically US brand name) wants.

There remains one US shirt maker ( imported fabric). Off the rack sport shirts start at $350.
Not many ready, willing and able to buy this product.

Yet we often expect quality for a $7.99 shirt from Kohls.

Then the corporations bought out, took over, subverted and began asset-stripping everything and moving overseas. Why? Because the laws protecting home-grown industry had been eroded, ignored and removed.

Trump intends to change all that back to how it should be.
Trump can't do a darn thing about trade without Congress.

I think you're the disillusioned one to think that a billionaire like Trump has nothing better to do than to take the hardest job in America. You think being the president is great? It's the hardest job in America. It doesn't pay as well as being the CEO of a real estate empire.

Why doesn't Mark Zuckerberg run for Prez? Because he has a F'in good life being a billionaire and have thousands of immigrants working for him and making him rich.

We see billionaire like Michael Bloomberg run as mayor of NYC for the sake of cleaning up NYC and transforming a city that was in distress into the best city in the world. This goes to show that someone without political experience and business expertise is better suited as the CEO of the USA. Bloomberg has a net worth of $40 billion and being mayor is a big downgrade for him but he cares about the welfare of the city. I see Trump being the same.

The only thing Hillary wants is to be richer and help her friends stay rich.
