Gridlock is GOOD.

It is specifically and purposefully designed in the Constitution, no stupid ideologies, no childish partisanship. It is designed to curb the excesses of people. We the people.

Gridlock is our friend.

Rule from the grave.

It's too bad also as he could have been president. He has the looks. He would have had the experience. He allowed himself to get caught up in an out of touch D.C. environment.

It's a regret he will have to live with the rest of his life.

Why in the world would Trump support Ryan's policies.....TPP, the Omnibus bill, the Iran Deal....all those things that Trump has been against. If he capitulated and went along with those policies, everyone would be claiming he was a phony, a hypocrite. When he stays true to his beliefs (which is why the American people voted for him) he's petulant?

Give me a break. Stay strong, Trump!

NYT: Trump has responded, “I am not ready to support Speaker Ryan’s agenda.”

This is why people love Donald Trump.

Ryan is part of the problem, not the solution.

Paul Ryan has said from the beginning that he would support the Republican nominee, now that there is a Republican Nominee ... He says that Trump has to bow to Ryan's idea of what a Republican is. He must think this gives him some Leverage over Trump. He will find out differently.

Trump gave a good response - Ryan is ignoring the VOTER's.

I'm actually starting to believe that. I think he was genuinely shocked Cruz dropped out. I'm starting to think he counted on the brokered convention as the perfect situation, an out with maximum damage in its wake.

Agree, Ryan is a T Party hack and anyone who doesn't goose step to their agenda is persona non-grata. I was also impressed with the list not attending the convention, when did Romney become such an important party figure? Watching this play out is like seeing the last gasp of an aging dinosaur as the world continues to evolve and progress.

Of course he is trolling the party. That is why he won. He is doing what millions of others wish they could do. A big middle finger to a party that has constantly lied to them.
