Because here on the planet Earth, Hillary Clinton isn't going to win Texas. It won't be close at all. Texas is the energy capital of the USA, 100s of 1000s there work in the industry and she wants to shut it down for the treehuggers.
And the state is dealing with huge issues surrounding illegal immigration and drugs flowing across the borders which she is opposed to doing anything about.

Trumpettes fascinate me. Survey after survey show that Trump's favorability with Latinos is the lowest of any politician this side of Pete Wilson, yet they are meaningless.
Polls (often involving thousands of voters) show that she'd destroy Trump in a general election. Again, meaningless.
