LOL, wow, that was like pulling teeth. So you acknowledge that tax returns don't show wealth but this person believes that tax returns show wealth and there are millions more out there repeating the lie.

This is why I would't release them. The media will spin it as they did in this case and it's too easy to get people who don't have a clue to parrot lies.

And as J Gruber said, Obamacare wouldn't have passed if it weren't for the "stupidity of the American voter". In other words, they know that it's easy to gain support of people who don't have a clue.

Trump isnt a public servant. If he were then his income would be public info. He's a businessman with plenty of private companies.

I wouldnt release my tax returns either if I were him.
No he is not a public servant, but he wants to be one. The point is that this guy wants to be elected CEO of the USA. The public has a right to know his record of financial responsibility or irresponsibility, just like corporations want to know when they hire people and check their records.

In addition, one would think he would like to clear up the muddled impression voters have of him with all those bankruptcies and failed businesses.

So far Trump has told many 'fibs' so a lot of people simply do not believe him. The impression so far is that there would be zero transparency with any admin he is in. Also, the excuse about the audit is bs and everyone knows it. Others have released taxes during an audit. This candidate who has compared himself to Reagan appears to be more like Richard Nixon every day.

I didn't know that when you applied for a job you had to give the employer your tax returns? They may take a peek at your credit report but not your tax returns. I would walk out of the interview. It's none of their business.

Fibs? Oh you must be talking about Hillary and Obama. Hey do you still believe that Benghazi happened because of a video? LOL

So what?? ... Because voters are basing their opinion and ultimately their vote based on lies and misinformation (rhetoric) put out there to demonize an opponent and to get their vote. Believing that tax returns tell you someone's wealth is a lie to demonize Trump, simple as that. People need to educate themselves so they aren't so easily fooled and made into useful idiots.

Actually everyone should know the purpose of taxes and financial records regardless of voting. residinghere2007 and many like him have developed an opinion based on rhetoric (lies) and here he is parroting the lie while he calls him a big fat liar.

You don't have to release your taxes and we don't have to give you our vote.

Basically, to summarize, Trump supporters don't care about policy, they don't care about business practices, don't care about reversal of statements and don't care about taxes and possible shady deductions their candidate makes. They say that Trump says what he means but is on both sides of an issue. What do they really care about?
Or you can just make **** up in order to justify some irrational hate you have for someone because they wont release information they ARENT REQUIRED to release.

Some of us, choose to be adults about it... Others, well no..

I have no clue why you are asking if his tax returns are sealed. Now that you acknowledge that tax returns do not show wealth, it appears you are coming at, trying to demonize Trump from a different angle. Did liberal media put this out there?
