Are you gonna waste your money on gas? You can get about 10 Pizza Hut pizzas and 5 12-packs of beer with that big old bunch of money!

I work from home anyway. I drove 28 miles this week. I had to go to Wal-Martz 3 times Wednesday.

After 4 years with one of the three stoges in place you can bet the next election will look different, Probably more of a hispanic theme.

Makes you almost wish you were one of the millions of Americans that haven't got a clue about what's going on. You know, running to soccer, playing on their blackberry, IPod and watching Survivor. When do you think those folks will notice the country has fallen apart?

It'll take a while. Considering we haven't had a terrorist attack as a prelude to this, I'm pretty sure most people aren't aware.
General business conditions:

We're about where we were in the months after 9/11 in economic terms. I bet all those "HOPE" and "CHANGE" signs were made in China.

Guess what? I'm one of those running to soccer (basketball, actually), listening to my Mp3 (Ipods are a rip off), and watch Survivor and I knew the country fell apart a couple months into W's last term! Please STOP with the sweeping generalizations on the forum! Just because I'm busy living my life doesn't mean I'm clueless! I'm not going to sit around going "Whoa is me, what are we going to do?". Nope. I'm living my life in spite of the crap going on in the govt! Nothing I can do anyway until I get to vote and even then it probably won't matter!

If you have some spare time, writing letters to your Congresscritters is a good way to let them know you approve or despise the job they're doing. I've been doing it regularly now for a few months. They hardly ever agree with me when I tell them they're traitors, but at least they know a few people still care about the rule of law and our freedoms.

I gave up on that after the scathing letter I sent regarding illegal immigration didn't go over so well. I might just try again though. I have plenty to tell them
