I think it's very telling that 8 yrs ago she carried Kentucky with 65% of the vote....fast forward to 2016 and it's a virtual tie
Not really. I love my home state, really I do. I went to college there, started my teaching career there. For the most part I was treated fairly. But, it is not a place where a black man was going to win a presidential primary, let alone a general election, unless there was no one else on the ballot. Other than Louisville, near Cincinnati, and pockets of Lexington there is not a significant black population.

Yep, exactly. Hillary has made it clear that she will be carrying on Obama's policies and upholding his legacy. That's enough to lose plenty of the voters who voted against him in 2008.
Nope. It's a small margin but a win for Hillary. Don't pretend for a second that if the margin were reversed that Bernie wouldn't be declaring it a major victory. And delegates tying is in fact a Hillary win because she doesn't need to try to close a gap. The math just got even more impossible for Bernie than it was before today.
As for delegates, Politico is calling it as 27 for Hillary, 25 for Bernie and 1 uncommitted, so we'll just have to wait to see how that shakes out in the next few days. There are 55 total pledged delegates.
Hillary has been running for President since 2005.....just follow the money with the Clintons.....Biden gave her a huge gift by not running, the DNC is protecting her and she has spent over 200 million dollars so far, the most than any candidate in both parties and she barely beat a 74 year old socialist by 0.4%???? LMAO!!!
a state she beat Obama in 2008 by 35% and she got 65% of the vote.....tonight she couldn't crack 48% in a 2 person race.

Hillary is in trouble!
So Obama lost KY badly in 2008, yet still won the presidency.

You want to play the race card, you can....my take is she has 8 more years of experience, Secretary of State, and is running against a person who is a questionable Democrat at best, yet basically lost 17% of the vote compared to her last run

Hillary is not Obama campaigning....Obama wasn't the favorite in 2008 to beat Hillary, he was the underdog ......Hillary was always the favorite to with the democrat nomination in 2008 and 2016.
2008: Obama was running as the outsider running against the establishment against a Bush 3rd term.....Hillary is the establishment in an election cycle anti-establishment running for an Obama 3rd term.
