Whether the sponsor pulled out or not, Trump's shrine that he brags about at every opportunity lost a key PGA professional tournament.

Ahh. So you respond with insult instead of addressing what was said.

i.e. Cadillac dropped the PGA, so this is why it's moving.

Nope. They dropped it because Trump could not make great deals despite him knowing the best people

Doral will just host a different PGA event.

If anything this only tells us that corporate sponsors
are questioning the business acumen of paying millions of dollars
to have their name associated with professional golf.

Maybe that isn't selling so many cars after all.

That's not what's in the article.

Cadillac was in the final year and did not want to renew.

"The task is to find a new sponsor that doesn't mind the sideshow that Trump brings to a tournament."

oh, and

"The PGA of America last year canceled its Grand Slam of Golf at Trump's course in Los Angeles shortly after his comments about Mexican immigrants when Trump announced his candidacy."

Trump compares the move to Nabisco's move.

Donald Trump released this statement Wednesday afternoon:

"It is a sad day for Miami, the United States and the game of golf, to have the PGA Tour consider moving the World Golf Championships, which has been hosted in Miami for the last 55 years, to Mexico. No different than Nabisco, Carrier and so many other American companies, the PGA Tour has put profit ahead of thousands of American jobs, millions of dollars in revenue for local communities and charities and the enjoyment of hundreds of thousands of fans who make the tournament an annual tradition. This decision only further embodies the very reason I am running for President of the United States."

Case closed. The rest of what you said is irrelevant.

I'm not sure why you guys want to go on & on about being wrong. But then again, it's been this way since last year when the same arguments were being made that Trump wouldn't even stay in the race.
