Definitely less than impressive move. We all know that CA is illegal alien friendly and this is just a cry for a vote for Hillary in disguise. Maybe less of a poison pill for some that can't stomach her.

Not per the law. We're just going to start enforcing the laws and cleaning up the country. Not a big deal. We enforce laws against our own citizens, even for non-violent crime. We have over a million citizen prisoners locked up for non-violent crimes.
