Bernie can win California but it won't make a difference because Hillary will still be the nominee.
Nope, not that simple... >>

Granted, it will be the most gripping D convention in quite a while! A far cry from the "coronation" that so many Rs were sneering about a while ago. And that's a good thing.

I still predict that Clinton will win here in California, but only by the slimmest of margins (0.5-2%).

Of course, I already wrote in a libertarian candidate in the Republican primary here, so my voice doesn't matter for the Democratic primary.

She just swept all 7 VI delegates and looks to be strong to win a major chunk of PR's 70 delegates tomorrow (Sunday). She'll only need a couple dozen delegates at most Tuesday.

Actually it's 6-1 split in VI in favour of Hillary

I would be very suprised if Bernie won California.

Bernie has already stated that he's going to contest the DNC, so this will be an exciting summer. Because he's still in the race, Hillary won't be able to truly pivot to face Trump, which means good things for the GOP overall.

I suspect it will be close, whichever one wins will beat the other by a small percentage. I have to say, though, that I would be extremely pleased if Sanders won decisively.

It's even more fun to watch the Hillary supporters do the same. I want her to fail so bad for so many reasons, one of which is because it will mean I will have months of laughing at the haughtiness of her supporters. A Bernie win would shut them up...it would be glorious. Mostly though, while again I don't want a socialist for President, having the two running being Trump or Bernie means establishment LOSES!

And since the insane lunatics who are out there rioting are not Bernie supporters, (really, they aren't), it won't be like anyone is "giving in" to their insipid desires. They are going to protest no matter who it is...they are simply using excuses right now.

Man I hope Bernie wipes the floor with Hillary all along the west coast. The liberals that I knew in Seattle would definitely, DEFINITELY, be Bernie supporters. I haven't lived there for over a decade, however, so who knows how people change once they get older, out of school, and start popping out kids...they might actually believe the bs that spews forth from Hillary's mouth...they might also feel nostalgia for their younger "starving student" days and "feel the Bern".

Whatever, just get Hillary out. She's a sick B that needs to be in prison.

Oh, why is that? Do you think Clinton isn't going to win the West Coast in November?

Obama didn't win California in the 2008 primary (see Democratic primary map) but won California the following November by over 15%.

Clinton will likely win California by a few percentage points but even if she marginally loses it's not going to change the final outcome. To catch Clinton at this point, Sanders needs to win the remaining states by super majorities.

It won't be agony for Clinton.
