It is not appropriate for a judge that participates in a racially and ethnically based group to be on the bench in Trump's case. That's it. Pure and simple.
If this happened to Obama. The judge would be removed.

Imagine a black woman Hillary supporter walking out of a Hillary rally, with a Hillary jersey. And a bunch of white men trump supporters chase her down the street and pin her up against the wall.

They don't share that info as it is a secret society. Right now they are probably
taking his name off the rolls. It doesn't matter because the La Raza connection
is established. He is was a lawyer for La Raza at the very least, and is clearly
associated with La Raza, their lawyers association.
Trump should take this all the way if they keep pressing the issue, get on
stage with a map of the Reconquista aims of La Raza and have lawyers
state that any ruling made by the La Raza judge will be appealed if he
is allowed to rule on this case, it will be thrown out by a higher court.

The logical difficulty here, which will go over the heads of Trump supporters, is that Trump and his minions made the definitive statement that Curiel IS a member of National Council of La Raza -- and now that they are getting called on their falsehood, they are trying to place the onus on the other side to prove that Curiel IS NOT a member of National Council of La Raza. In other words, they are trying to turn the tables to make one prove a negative.
The standard has always been, you must prove your assertions are true not the other side proving they are false.

Judge Curiel is a member of La Raza Lawyers of San Diego.
For those unfamiliar with La Raza, La Raza is a racist organization
whose membership is restricted to Mexicans and Latinos ("La Raza
means "The Race") which is on record against Trump's proposals.
More importantly, for decades, La Raza has advocated for the Reconquista, that is, the re-taking of Mexican lands that were lost in the Mexican War by Mexicans to create a new state
called Aztlan.
