He's still be Mr. President because the highest title comes first when addressing someone. He'll always be Mr. President and the First Gentlemen would come second.
I have said before that "First Gentleman" would not be fitting for Bill Clinton. How about President Bill and President Hillary. He would still retain the "President" title technically although I don't think would buy that.
Will the white house show up on Megans law websites if the Clintons move back in?
I suspect Bill will spend more time in the white house, and have more fun there, if Trump is elected "Hey Bill, c'mon over, the new interns just arrived, grab some beer!"
However, I suspect most people will still call him Bill. I'll keep on calling him Clinton, or Mr. Clinton if the context calls for it, but I'm funny that way - calling a president by his/her first name doesn't really mean that I know them well - or at all.
