It sounds like there is an "applause track" on the speech. Dumb statement - mild applause. Empty statement - mild applause.
The applauding is not very enthusiastic. "We are going to make America rich again" got the most applause and probably because it came at the end and they were glad the speech was over. When is he going to give specifies on how he's going to do the things he promises?

The problem is that hillary clinton and the crowd don't want to fix the problem, they tell people there is not a problem. She is an intelligent woman, I am sure if her heart is with the people, she will fix the problem. But only thing she cares about is power.
