Huma Abedin was questioned under oath, and said it was Clinton’s decision to use her non-state.gov email; to her knowledge that only Hillary Clinton, Abedin and Chelsea Clinton had accounts on the clintonemail.com system; and that the clintonemail.com system interfered with Mrs. Clinton’s ability to do her job.

The deposition can be read here.

JW v State Abedin Deposition 01363 - Judicial Watch

So, Hillary's closest confidant reveals under oath that it was Hillary's decision to use the unsecure, private email, and server, and that it interfered with her doing her job at state.

Of course we knew this was all Hillary's idea, this just proves it beyond any doubt.

Not good for Hillary.

Let me get this straight - the woman who replied to claims of wiping an email server by saying "Like with a cloth or something?" (possibly the most awkward hand-in-the-cookie-jar comment I've ever heard) -- this same woman had the idea to use a private server?

Hillary is funny...gal would probably say anything to be president.

Part of it was trying to remember what the job of the SOS was and confusing it with the pay for play and personal enrichment that she was using the office for.

Huma Abedin is going to jail or will get immunity. They have her testimony now and if she doesn't die in some accident like so many have before her crooked Hillary is going down. Obama can save her with a pardon.

Hillary isn't going down. Not under this crooked administration.

I honestly don't think she will win and Trump will have the bracelets on her in short order after the election and he has access to all that they have kept secrete trying to cover their butts.

I think there are enough honest people and voters left that they won't let this criminal crooked Hillary do any more damage to the country or our service people. I might be too optimistic but we will see.

Actually, if you read the entire transcript, Huma comes across as the least intelligent person in the room - by far.

So this is the person Hillary hired as her Deputy Chief of Staff (and later, Senior Advisor)?

Wow... just, wow.

She wants people she can control, not geniuses. Someone to take the fall when the public finds out yet another thing she mucked up. She's a nightmare. If not for her husband and his popularity, I doubt she would have gotten as far as she has.
