Isn't Hollande the leader of France who has an unprecedented approval rating in his own country of 17%?

Why it is.

http://www.euronews.com/2016/05/17/f...nch-president/

A 17% approval rating, an average of 18% since January 2014, constitutes unpopularity unprecedented in the history of the Fifth Republic.

Hollande won't even be in office next year LOL-he is not very well liked and should probably keep his mouth shut on US elections. He could unwillingly do more damage to Clinton.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but roughly 100,000 people currently residing in France can vote in the US election. They're called US citizens.

Another very good reason not to vote for Clinton. Anyone who Hollande endorses is exactly who we don't need, not to mention what a disaster France is right now with their open borders. Just ask the people who survived the Paris terrorist attack.
