Well, I like Edward Snowden but there is a difference between knowingly and intentionally breaking classification rules and violating them under occupational duress without intentionally intending to make government secrets public.
You can say Hillary Clinton was lazy and perhaps overwhelmed by the technology. But you can't say her intent was to intentionally reveal government secrets, which is what Snowden did, albeit with good intentions.
