They are all crooks from the president on down. They wanted Anarchy by not enforcing law and now they have it. No one is accountable when they break the law in government. Why should the people obey any law they don't want too ? I don't see any reason for the people to follow any law they don't like.

Not true. Caine couldn't live down his affairs - the conservatives have values, Carson couldn't hold his own in a debate although he does quite well in discussions and interviews, many see Palin as a joke but she's no more a joke than Hillary. The difference is people today do what's in fad vs looking down the road or thinking with the brain god gave them. Hillary would have probably won in 2008 as many thought it was time we had a woman in the WH - unfortunately - a black president was even better so now's the year of the "woman".

I was responding to the poster who said the only reason Obama was elected twice is because he's black and the only reason Hillary will be elected is because she's a female. Thank you for proving my point that they were/are evaluated on reasons other than color.

I had always predicted that there would be no charges regarding the handling of classified material because the law requires that the regulations must be followed...but Department Secretaries are the authorities of the regulations. A prosecutor would have to argue that the person who has authority over the regulation is under the authority of his own regulation...a pretty dicey argument before a court.
But I notice that Coney has not directly addressed the issue of the emails being handled outside of FOIA requirements--a wholly different law, and the one I've always thought Clinton was vulnerable to.
At this point the federal government is just a criminal enterprise.
Nobody, EVER, is held accountable for ANYTHING. EVER.
Apart from their willingness to visit violence and force on people I honestly don't know why I bother taking the time to comply with federal laws. If they aren't going to follow them... why should we?

So in the new world order for the "rest of us", let's use the same new world order logic here.....can someone who commits murder, rape, steal, etc. say "your honor, I never "intended" to do such things, therefore I am innocent. Oh, sure, it was "extremely careless" to do such thing, but beyond on that, meh, I wanna walk scot free like the queen.
